After you have placed an order with us, you will receive two emails. The first email will confirm that we have received your order. The second email will confirm that your order has been shipped.

Payment

We are Paypal verified, and accept Visa, MasterCard, Discovery and American Express. Although we prefer payments using Paypal (credit cards or Paypal account), we accept personal checks written on a U.S. Bank, certified checks, and money orders in U.S. dollars. Checks should be made payable to Twin Islands Clothing. Mail your check to our address, and include a list of the items, sizes and colors you are ordering.

Tax and Handling

There are no additional handling or other hidden charges. A 4.7% general excise tax will be assessed on all orders.

Shipping

We ship to all 50 states, Canada and most international destinations. In most cases, you should receive your domestic order within one week. If paying by check, we will ship your order after your check clears. International orders can be delayed by customs, but normally are received within 10 days.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during the online ordering process, before the order is submitted.

Return Policy

You may return an item for refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase. Only items that have not been used, worn or washed may be returned. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for any return shipping charges.
